About Raisinlove

Raisinlove.com went online in 1999, when I was working at my first interactive media job. It’s primary focus was and remains as a portfolio of my graphic work and news about my current projects.

I have been a professional graphic designer and illustrator since 1999. I am now a creative director at Über Communications, a Montreal based advertising agency.
I spent two years in Poland as a creative consultant for WSKPZL-Rzeszow, a division of Pratt & Whitney International.

    Comics
I love comics, especially Deadworld (we go way back!), 2000AD, Warhammer 40k graphic novels, The Walking Dead, Heavy Metal, TMNT and others in the same genres. I also have a nice little collection of “alternative” comics featuring slice-of-life and historical stories from publishers like Drawn & Quarterly and Fantagraphics.

    Music
I used to be hardcore into the Montreal industrial/gothic scene but have since pulled back to concentrate more on graphic arts, although I still need my daily dose of music. I’m picky but still varied in genres, my tastes mostly revolve around electronic music like industrial, IDM, gabber, goa/psytrance, hard dance, hardcore, frenchcore, glitch, noize, ambient, new wave, synthpop and techno. But I also venture into classic rock and death metal and listen radio stations like CHOM FM (mtl), CISM (mtl) & CKCU (Ottawa).
