Ted Turner On The Future Cannibal Apocalypse!

    Posted in general | April 4th, 2008

Delicatessen“Most of the people will have died and the rest of us will be cannibals,” said Turner, 69. “Civilization will have broken down. The few people left will be living in a failed state — like Somalia or Sudan — and living conditions will be intolerable.”
One way to combat global warming, Turner said, is to stabilize the population.
“We’re too many people; that’s why we have global warming,” he said. “Too many people are using too much stuff.”"

    Comic book finds

    Posted in general | March 26th, 2008

Hulk #109A small used book store opened around my block a few months ago and I only decided to check it out this past Saturday. While my girlfriend checked out some books, I venture around, hoping there might be some old comics in a box somewhere. Bingo! There it was… I didn’t have much hope of finding anything good but I always keep an eye out for some original TMNT comics (maybe someday I’ll complete my collection of all the Mirage books). WHAMO! I find TMNT Volume 1, #33! I didn’t have this issue featuring Richard Corben’s art! I dug a little further to find more TMNT but instead found this “VERY GOOD” grade copy of an authentic issue of the Incredible Hulk circa 1969 :) And I only paid 1$ for it! I’m definitely going to keep my eyes peeled from now on….

    Pogo and fries?

    Posted in general | February 29th, 2008
    rapido

So I was out with Erika at the bar Le Syndrome tonight and stopped at the Rapido dinner before heading back home. We ordered a pogo and fries and the old waitress (the one with long blond hair) gave us a weird look when she took our order. When she brought our food, she confided that in her 13 years working there, she never had anyone ask an order like this. We were dumbfounded… so I asked: uh…what do people usually order with a pogo? She simply replied, as if this was an universaly obvious fact: why people usually order a poutine with a pogo…sheeesh! I’m not joking: she was dead serious. A pogo and fries are way too freaky for her. This is so WTF that I had to post this on my blog. Good night folks!

    Phase-Shifting At Dusk

    Posted in general | February 4th, 2008

I’ve phase-shifted again at dusk recently. Prisma state harmonics cross-transfered between my vision and hearing, giving me insight into the sub-realm focus. I realized at that point that whatever I decided to do in my own natural phase wouldn’t change my ultimate route. The high road will always be mine to take, though perception might open wounds or instill fear. This fear loses it’s sense whenever I am reunited with my core. Through these experiences, I gain wisdom and increase my abilities. Patience is difficult to maintain but accelerating through time can be achieved through power channeling. I have the means to do so, my will is mine to bend.
